Deliver exceptional in-store culinary experiences following provided recipes and game plans for consistency and quality
Drive sales by upholding kitchen standards, encouraging second class sign-ups, and promoting retail items like bakeware, mixers, and decorating tools
Meet or exceed class revenue goals through high enrollment, positive reviews, guest return rates, and KPIs such as second-class sign-ups and retail sales
Assist in class setup and breakdown, including mise en place, ingredient prep, cleaning workstations, dishes, and equipment
Restock, organize, and maintain kitchen supplies and tools for store readiness
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, inventory control, and expense management
Handle tools, ingredients, equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and address maintenance needs
