Responsibilities
The Search Relevance SME will analyze rating submissions weekly to identify recurring mistakes and patterns, compile and present error trend reports to stakeholders, evaluate and correct data annotations for accuracy and compliance with client guidelines, collaborate with team members to clarify and update guidelines, serve as the primary point of contact for rater questions, offer actionable feedback and mentor raters, design and recommend targeted training sessions based on error trends, and interface regularly with cross-functional teams to report on performance and key insights.
