Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals
  • Must be willing and able to perform tasks (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, lifting) for periods of up to 12 hours on concrete floor
  • Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 8 hours
  • Must be willing and able to complete cycles in less than 10 seconds
  • Must be willing and able to work in a wet environment
  • This position does not accept rehires
  • Must have 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 months of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agricultural, or production experience
  • Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Make precision cuts to carcass to remove the meat from the blade bone only to achieve desired carcass yield
  • Inspect carcass and make precision cuts to remove quality defects
