Requirements

Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals
Must be willing and able to perform tasks (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, lifting) for periods of up to 12 hours on concrete floor
Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 8 hours
Must be willing and able to complete cycles in less than 10 seconds
Must be willing and able to work in a wet environment
This position does not accept rehires
Must have 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 months of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agricultural, or production experience
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Learn how to maintain sharp tools to perform job tasks correctly
Make precision cuts to carcass to remove the meat from the blade bone only to achieve desired carcass yield
Inspect carcass and make precision cuts to remove quality defects
