The estimated salary range for this position in California is $90,000–$113,000, and it may be eligible for a variable annual bonus based on performance.

A BS degree in Medical Technology or Biological Sciences, a current California State Clinical Laboratory Scientist License, 2 years of pertinent lab experience preferably in molecular or NGS testing, skills in data entry systems and analyses, excellent communication, problem-solving, and strong understanding of laboratory practices and regulatory compliance are required.
Strong candidates will have a BS degree, California CLS license, 2+ years of high-complexity lab experience especially in molecular or NGS testing, proficiency in data systems and analyses, excellent communication skills, and experience with good laboratory practices.
