Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess proof of authorization to work in the United States, and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous corporate aviation and flight scheduling experience is preferred, along with the ability to travel up to two times per year.
The Scheduler - Aviation will create and manage flight and crew schedules, considering factors like flight times and legal regulations. They will maintain accurate records of crew schedules and flight information, arrange hotel bookings and transportation for crew layovers, obtain necessary permits and visas, coordinate with FBOs and fuel suppliers, and interact professionally with company executives and team members. The role also requires attending work as scheduled, rotating shifts, and performing other related duties as assigned.
