A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in project scheduling and controls, preferably in construction or engineering. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and related reporting tools is essential.
PMA offers a combination of workplace options including a PMA office location, work-from-home, or a client site.
The role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates, attending project meetings and site visits, and mentoring junior schedulers.
Overtime work may be required occasionally to ensure certain deliverables are completed on time, and weekend work is rare but occasionally may be necessary.
Strong candidates will have advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, experience analyzing general contractors’ schedules, strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, and an understanding of construction lifecycles and design/build methods.
