Requirements

10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in SAP Utilities or SAP S/4HANA environments
Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs
Strong understanding of SAP Utilities, SAP IS-U, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall
Demonstrated ability to manage CxO-level stakeholder relationships and drive strategic alignment
Experience in budgeting, risk management, and performance evaluation
Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C2)
Willingness to travel for project-related engagements
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Proven experience as SAP Programme / Project Manager
In-depth knowledge of SAP’s functional and technical solutions, such as S/4, SAP Utilities and/or SAP IS-U, RISE, Cloud Migrations, Public Cloud and BTP
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools and methods, including Activate
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager
Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
Experience with SAP Cloud for Utilities, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP
Familiarity with Public Cloud deployments and Agile delivery models

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and quality assurance
Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO level key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, consultants, and technical experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project success
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems within the organization
