Requirements
5+ years of experience in SAP IS-U, especially in product and tariff configuration
Familiarity with UPIL integration and SAP S/4HANA Utilities
Experience in agile project environments
Strong affinity for IT and experience with ABAP, debugging, and functional design
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex SAP projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Strong knowledge of energy product and contract configuration in SAP IS-U
Practical experience in product setup and tariff modeling
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities implementation and migration
Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Utilities and cloud-based SAP solutions
Familiarity with DSO-specific processes
SAP Certification in IS-U or S/4HANA Utilities
Experience in digital transformation projects for utility companies
Responsibilities
Help shape the M2C Platform’s product configuration capabilities for utilities clients
Work closely with Product Owners and technical teams to design and implement product structures, tariff models, and integration flows using UPIL interfaces
Support integration of products via UPIL Schnittstelle
Translate business needs into functional designs and specifications
Advise Product Owners on user story feasibility and business impact
Collaborate in agile squads to deliver product increments
Communicate clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams
