Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM modules (primarily time/payroll) and/or SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central and main Talent modules: Performance & Goals, Compensation)
  • Ability to design end-to-end solutions integrating HR processes, application architectures, and business requirements, in both global and local scenarios
  • Expertise in integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM on-premise/S/4, local payroll, and external platforms, including APIs and middleware (SAP CI, Boomi, etc.)
  • Strong analysis and configuration skills to support implementations, continuous improvements, and resolution of complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, functional leadership, with aptitude for working in international teams and supporting clients in HR transformation paths

  • Contribute to defining and implementing digital transformation roadmaps based on the latest SAP HCM solutions
  • Work on complex international projects, collaborating with global teams and high-level stakeholders
  • Develop advanced skills on SAP Cloud technologies (e.g., S/4HANA HCM, SuccessFactors), becoming a reference point for clients and colleagues
  • Participate in designing end-to-end solutions integrating processes, data, and innovation with concrete business impact for clients
