Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP HCM Talent modules, including Performance Management (goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews)
  • Configure Personnel Development (PD) – qualifications, career paths, training needs
  • Configure Succession Planning – identify successors for critical roles
  • Configure Learning Solution (LSO) – catalogues, training schedules, compliance
  • Configure E-Recruiting – requisitions, applicant tracking, onboarding
  • Configure Career & Workforce Planning – competency frameworks, workforce planning
  • Lead workshops with HR, L&D, and business leaders
  • Ensure integration with Core HR (OM/PA), Payroll, and Compensation
  • Drive testing, cutover, and go-live readiness for talent processes
  • Deliver dashboards and reporting on performance, succession, and learning KPIs
