Proven experience working as a program manager on an IS-Retail (SAP FMS / SAP S4 retail / SAP IS Retail / SAP AFS) deployment
Deep understanding of ERP project methodologies, phases and activities
Experience in delivering good governance of ERP implementations, including in risk mitigation, dependency management and effective programme planning
Retail industry experience – understanding of retail legacy systems
Excellent customer facing experience
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Responsibilities
Leading project management functions on large scale transformation programmes
Manages all workstreams comprised of on- and off-shore resources of the project and is responsible for the overall delivery of the SAP Retail (SAP FMS / SAP S4 retail / SAP IS Retail / SAP AFS) supply chain transformation project
Ensuring our transformation programmes are delivered with adequate level of governance
Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies
Development and management of implementation plans that maximise the potential of SAP technology whilst minimising implementation risk
Responsible for creating the overall program plan
Use knowledge of the S/4 HANA Cloud roadmap and other SAP offerings, along with industry guidance and leading practices to support the facilitation of executive level business decisions
Foster teamwork, coach junior colleagues and support their professional development
Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Responsible for managing third parties where required
