Requirements

Expert proficiency in SAP HCM On-Premise Human Capital Management (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance Management, or other modules)
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors implementation or support roles
Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

Lead the functional support, configuration, and maintenance of SAP HCM On-Premise modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and related HR processes
Collaborate with business process owners and HR stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and deliver system enhancements aligned with business needs
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR systems, providing guidance on solution design, system optimization, and integration points with SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications
Provide advanced functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Compensation
Support integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and process consistency
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape
Manage incident resolution, change requests, and functional testing within established SLAs
Partner with technical teams for troubleshooting, interface management, and workflow configuration
Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying automation and optimization opportunities in HR system processes
Liaise with HR business partners, IT teams, and vendors to align system capabilities with business strategies
Prepare functional documentation including business process flows, test cases, and user training materials
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide end-user support and training when required
