Ability to provide superb customer service skills while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
Minimum of two years’ experience in a hospitality setting
Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and pleasant tone
Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter able to work independently and as part of a group
Flexible to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays
High School Graduate
Happy, cheerful attitude with the ability to make kids smile
Patience
Must love the holidays
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
Able to push a Bell Cart or Flat Bed up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, or walk up to 8 hours a day; climb stairs; stoop and bend
Must be clean shaven at all times
Ability to wear uniform properly in accordance with policies and procedures

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with posing children on Santa’s sleigh to provide a memorable holiday experience
Monitor lines of waiting guests
Answer questions regarding the property
Attend to special requests from guests
Utilize all resources to ensure full knowledge of Caruso property and provide exceptional 5-star service
Welcome guests using a variety of seasonal greetings (e.g., “Happy Holidays”, “Merry Christmas”, “Happy New Year”)
Use outstanding customer service skills to resolve resident or guest complaints following “LEAP” from Caruso Hospitality Standards
Perform all responsibilities with professional enthusiasm and regard for hospitality
Spread holiday cheer comfortably
Other duties as assigned
