Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain assigned division’s showrooms multiple times a day, including organizing showroom walls, auditing rooms weekly, adding new styles, removing reduced/dropped styles, ensuring up-to-date samples, creating table displays, cleaning before/after meetings, and laying out new development samples
Organize and maintain storage dress shops, overseeing samples inflow/outflow and following guidelines for dress shop and designated aisles
Coordinate sample shipments and distributions for domestic/international conferences, trade shows, and photo shoots, including ensuring timely arrival/distribution, communicating with Asia offices on ETD, tracking orders, fulfilling requests, and managing timelines with other coordinators
Distribute incoming development, fit, national account, and confirmation samples to appropriate people
Work with sales reps and product team to coordinate use of “rare” corporate samples and “keep” samples for account meetings (in-person/virtual)
Work with Digital Imaging team to ensure samples are shot and displayed online, including dressing/lacing samples, creating invoices, labeling styles/photo types, and providing ETA/tracking
Audit line sheets for correct product information and images
Track NA and Sales samples and maintain a log for all styles in the division
Work directly with Product Manager for lists of NA/SLS/INA/CAN/AKS samples and order accordingly
Print development reports for Merchandisers and VP, track development when necessary
Perform monthly rotational duties, such as creating invoices/shipping samples to China, distributing mail, driving samples between offices, laying out production samples for approval, covering receptionist desk, removing filled “IRA” boxes
