Valid driver's license
Basic driving and navigation ability
Ability to use delivery board system
Friendly communication
Ability to locate and stock parts
Safety knowledge and skills
Operating inventory systems (Back stock)
Automotive parts experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to use basic math
Ability to work assorted days, evenings, and weekends
Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

Safely deliver parts to customers
Pick and stage parts for customer orders
Pick up returns and cores
Drop off weekly / monthly sales flyer
Daily collection of credit accounts
Store Cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
General stocking (truck stocking and back stock)
Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management
Interpret safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Build strong relationships with customers, peers and management
