Candidates must possess 6+ years of application and software development experience, with at least 4 years specifically in a Salesforce development role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Apex and JavaScript. Familiarity with modern coding languages like Python, Java, or C#, experience with Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce, and understanding of front-end web development principles (HTML/CSS) are necessary. Strong communication skills, experience with source control and branching strategies, and familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles are also required. Experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities is preferred, as are additional Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications.
The Salesforce Technical Architect will lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce, including topics, instructions, actions with automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures. They will deeply explore the limits of Agentforce Agents to find novel solutions, collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions, and oversee all project lifecycle stages from design through deployment. This role also involves staying current with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
