Requirements

Candidates must possess 6+ years of experience in application and software development, with at least 4 years specifically in a Salesforce development role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Apex and JavaScript. Familiarity with modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and experience with Salesforce technologies like Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce are necessary. A strong understanding of front-end web development principles, including HTML/CSS, and experience with source control and CI/CD solutions are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities, as well as additional Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for leading and owning the technical solution design for Agentforce, including topics, instructions, actions, automation, code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures. They will deep dive into Agentforce Agents' limits and boundaries to find novel solutions, and collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions. The role involves overseeing and contributing to all stages of the project lifecycle, from design through development, testing, and deployment, while staying updated on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
