Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience selling CRM solutions/services, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce or similar technologies. Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and AI technologies is required, along with experience in conducting discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
As a Solutions Engineer, responsibilities include demonstrating Salesforce and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers, leading discovery sessions, creating compelling demos, developing proposals and SOWs, gathering requirements for projects, contributing to product development efforts, providing customer feedback to product management, maintaining lead management and forecasting in Salesforce, acting as a liaison between sales and the technical team, and ensuring a high level of customer experience. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with delivery to develop project scope & estimates and driving innovation in Salesforce capabilities and AI.
