Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and executive briefings
  • Gather UI/UX, automation, and integration requirements
  • Translate technical needs into strategic LWC solutions
  • Approve architecture for LWC/Aura components, Lightning pages, and integrations
  • Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and component reusability
  • Oversee creation of demos and PoCs for executive presentations
  • Approve estimates, timelines, and resource allocations for LWC solutions
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs
  • Mentor LWC developers and consultants
  • Maintain component libraries, accelerators, and reusable frameworks
  • Partner with Sales, Technical Architects, and PMO
  • Represent LWC practice in executive client discussions
