Candidates must have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role and 5+ years of CRM industry experience. Required qualifications include the ability to drive requirement gathering, experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and experience with GenAI prompt writing. Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, or Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action is also required. Additionally, candidates should possess a proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems, the ability to tie outcomes to business value through storytelling, comfort using flow charting tools, and the ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end-user experiences. A willingness and ability to learn new technologies is essential. Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions is preferred.
The Salesforce Experience Architect, AI and Agentforce will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to clients. This role involves providing industry best practices and serving as a trusted client advisor, driving requirement gathering and serving as the Salesforce platform expert, and bringing an experience design-focused mindset to solutions. The architect will work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, leveraging Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence. They will provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans, translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, and coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members. Following and understanding new Salesforce product and technical capabilities is also a key responsibility.
