Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping, and over 5 years of CRM industry experience. A proven ability to drive requirement gathering, architect and implement Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and experience with GenAI prompt writing are essential. Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, and Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action is required, along with the ability to design and optimize business processes, tie outcomes to business value, and use flow charting tools. Experience defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions is preferred.
The Salesforce Experience Architect will drive the solution and build Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to clients. Responsibilities include providing industry best practices, serving as a trusted client advisor, driving requirement gathering, and acting as the Salesforce platform expert. The role involves bringing an experience design-focused mindset to solutions, working with clients to build their strategy and roadmap, and leveraging Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence. Architects will provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans, translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, and coach and mentor junior team members, while staying current with new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
