+2 years of professional experience with Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Engineer/Developer
Experience designing and developing testable, resilient, and scalable solutions
General knowledge of CI/CD processes
Understanding of the DevOps operating model
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Ability to quickly learn and support different portfolio applications
Strong collaboration skills, with an open mindset and ability to thrive in a global team environment

Responsibilities

Configuration works on the Salesforce.com platform
Configuration of existing and delivery of new features for the Sprinklr application
Support in integration and deployment of new features for managed applications
Support delivery processes of Release increments created by the Product Team
Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product Owner, and Service Manager to deliver the Strategy of the product
Work with business and customer representatives to identify product/service requirements
Technical analysis of business requirements and mapping them to platform capabilities
Helping end users to utilize managed applications and resolve their issues effectively
Provide technical expertise on the Salesforce.com platforms
Anticipate, understand, troubleshoot, and fix problems using technical expertise and problem-solving skills to restore product/service, identify the root causes and remediate
