  • +2 years of professional experience with Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Engineer/Developer
  • Experience designing and developing testable, resilient, and scalable solutions
  • General knowledge of CI/CD processes
  • Understanding of the DevOps operating model
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Configuration works on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Configuration of existing and delivery of new features for the Sprinklr application
  • Support in integration and deployment of new features for managed applications
  • Support delivery processes of Release increments created by the Product Team
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product Owner, and Service Manager to deliver the Strategy of the product
  • Work with business and customer representatives to identify product/service requirements
  • Technical analysis of business requirements and mapping them to platform capabilities
  • Helping end users to utilize managed applications and resolve their issues effectively
  • Provide technical expertise on the Salesforce.com platforms
  • Anticipate, understand, troubleshoot, and fix problems using technical expertise and problem-solving skills to restore product/service, identify the root causes and remediate
