Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Platform Developer II certifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration and development
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and basic platform architecture
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, and SOQL queries
  • Strong configuration skills: Flows, Screen Flows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards
  • Knowledge of data management, integrations, and system security best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders
  • Background in Agile development using JIRA or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Screen Flows, process automation) and custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages)
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and smooth system interactions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design solutions and deliver technical implementations that align with business objectives
  • Participate in Salesforce release management and deployment processes, including Sandboxes, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance
  • Assist with data management, including imports, exports, deduplication, and maintaining data quality standards
  • Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and maintainability
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform enhancements, proactively recommending improvements
