Requirements

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Platform Developer II certifications
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration and development
Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and basic platform architecture
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, and SOQL queries
Strong configuration skills: Flows, Screen Flows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards
Knowledge of data management, integrations, and system security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders
Background in Agile development using JIRA or similar tools

Responsibilities

Design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Screen Flows, process automation) and custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages)
Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and smooth system interactions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design solutions and deliver technical implementations that align with business objectives
Participate in Salesforce release management and deployment processes, including Sandboxes, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance
Assist with data management, including imports, exports, deduplication, and maintaining data quality standards
Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and maintainability
Stay up to date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform enhancements, proactively recommending improvements
