Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Extensive experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS, including Salesforce Payments
Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, development tools, and best practices
Proficiency in Apex Coding and LWC (Lightning Web Components)
Knowledge of flow development
Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys and associated data models
Performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Responsibilities
Monitoring and optimizing OMS performance to ensure fast order processing
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement concepts, and communicate outcomes within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
Utilizing front-end and back-end skills to create functional online stores
Designing and implementing OMS workflows covering Sales, Return, Exchange, Transfer, and Procurement scenarios
Understanding OMS processes and their interaction with other technical landscapes (Commerce, Service, ERP/Fulfillment, Third party - Fraud, Payment, Tax etc.)
Developing OMS test scenarios and test cases
Translating business requirements into technical specifications, documenting requirements, and maintaining requirements traceability
Taking ownership of projects and delivering quality solutions within timelines
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide innovative solutions aligned with Owens & Minor’s core values
Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Ensuring the quality and performance of implemented solutions through code reviews, testing, and optimization
Troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring platform stability and performance
Staying up to date with all recent developments in the Commerce Cloud and related technologies
Ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols
