Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment automation frameworks is necessary. One or more current Salesforce certifications are preferred, and strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow, and integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware. They will evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities, develop custom integrations with third-party tools, and automate lead management and campaign tracking in partnership with Sales and Marketing Operations. The role involves building predictive workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, supporting data model design and migrations, maintaining platform security best practices, and providing technical leadership. Responsibilities also include managing the Salesforce release cycle using CI/CD practices and performing system health checks.
