Excellent communication skills and comfort in fully remote environments are essential. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling, Account Engagement (Pardot), B2BMA, or Einstein Analytics are considered advantageous.
The role involves architecting and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Flows, Lightning components, and page layouts. Responsibilities include building Apex classes, LWC components, and automation logic for client onboarding, lead handling, and reporting. The consultant will also own integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, collaborate with leadership to capture requirements, drive DevOps best practices, and support training and adoption through documentation and enablement.
