Requirements

8+ years industry/CRM experience, with minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce
Deep and extensive knowledge and experience of the Force.com technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc
Knowledge of advanced Lightning and Visualforce components, Chatter API, including integration methods and tools
Must already possess Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications
Project management experience (advantage)
Knowledge of the Salesforce App Exchange ecosystem
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
Experience using Salesforce data tools
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams

Responsibilities

Proposing and authoring Salesforce Architecture, both Technical and Solution
Building & implementing applications on the Salesforce platform
Sound experience on Salesforce Admin and Development
Involved in larger scale Salesforce implementation projects
Developing software solutions, including coding, testing, and deployment
Knowledge of Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Salesforce REST API and Data Loader
Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
Demonstrable experience in implementing solutions using Visualforce
Experience of integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications using REST & SOAP
Assess and determine the optimal solution to align business processes
