Requirements

  • 8+ years industry/CRM experience, with minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce
  • Deep and extensive knowledge and experience of the Force.com technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc
  • Knowledge of advanced Lightning and Visualforce components, Chatter API, including integration methods and tools
  • Must already possess Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications
  • Project management experience (advantage)
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce App Exchange ecosystem
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams

Responsibilities

  • Proposing and authoring Salesforce Architecture, both Technical and Solution
  • Building & implementing applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Sound experience on Salesforce Admin and Development
  • Involved in larger scale Salesforce implementation projects
  • Developing software solutions, including coding, testing, and deployment
  • Knowledge of Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Salesforce REST API and Data Loader
  • Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing solutions using Visualforce
  • Experience of integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications using REST & SOAP
  • Assess and determine the optimal solution to align business processes
