Candidates should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a business context, demonstrating a strong understanding of Lightning Experience and UI components. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including automation (Flow, Process Builder), reporting, and permission sets is required, along with experience supporting cross-functional teams through tailored Salesforce solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader and Workbench, and integrations with platforms like NetSuite, MuleSoft, or other middleware is also necessary.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will translate evolving business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, optimize core functionalities like user access controls and automation, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions, build and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven insights, serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce support, maintain data quality through import/export processes, deliver user enablement resources, and drive system performance and audit readiness by proactively identifying improvements and ensuring compliance.
