Candidates should possess 3-5 years of Salesforce administration and management experience, with a strong background in data management and process improvement, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment. They should have experience with automation tools (process builders, flows) and Salesforce integrations with external applications (Zapier, Salesloft, Hubspot), along with experience working with subscription billing and payment software systems (Chargebee, Stripe, BlueSnap, GoCardless). A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required, and a Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is highly desirable.
The Salesforce Administrator will manage the Salesforce platform, including processes, workflows, and configurations impacting Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Finance teams, manage standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules, lead user management activities, collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and implement solutions, manage process flows and integrations with billing and payment systems, manage product catalog updates, develop and maintain user training documentation, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, collaborate with developers on product changes, manage Salesforce automations (process builders, flows), utilize tools such as Zapier to connect Salesforce with external applications, manage key integrations, maintain and improve data accuracy, implement data hygiene processes, document customizations and data model, support long-term scalable data management, collaborate with DevOps on systems impacting Salesforce, manage the Salesforce sandbox environment, gather and translate business requirements, research and assess new technologies, and drive tech solutions to support revenue growth and optimize internal processes.
