Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, and automation tools
Expert spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and wrangling
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin (preferred)
Proficiency in SQL (preferred)
Experience with Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Zapier (preferred)
Deep knowledge of data modeling, deduplication strategies, and security best practices (preferred)
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Residency in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY

Responsibilities

Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning components, and validation rules
Automate complex business processes using declarative tools like Flow Builder
Ensure data integrity throughout the system
Develop reports and dashboards for business insights
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features
Maintain Salesforce development environments and ensure CI/CD processes are strictly adhered to
Collaborate with other technical and non-technical roles throughout the department
Document and communicate system processes thoroughly
