Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, and automation tools
  • Expert spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and wrangling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin (preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL (preferred)
  • Experience with Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Zapier (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, deduplication strategies, and security best practices (preferred)
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Residency in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY

Responsibilities

  • Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning components, and validation rules
  • Automate complex business processes using declarative tools like Flow Builder
  • Ensure data integrity throughout the system
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features
  • Maintain Salesforce development environments and ensure CI/CD processes are strictly adhered to
  • Collaborate with other technical and non-technical roles throughout the department
  • Document and communicate system processes thoroughly
