Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, creating pipeline, qualification, evaluation, close, and strong account management
  • Partner with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations
  • Build trust and strong relationships with customers
  • Lead sales efforts to win new business and drive pipeline
  • Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Ensure high level of Customer Experience for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture's customers and partner Salesforce
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to take advantage of new market opportunities
  • Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications
