Requirements

  • Erste Erfahrungen innerhalb einer Ausbildung oder Praktika in den Bereichen Medizintechnik, Vertrieb oder aus dem Krankenhausumfeld
  • Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb anspruchsvoller erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte
  • Erfahrung im Auf- und Ausbau von Netzwerken über verschiedene Hierarchieebenen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine offene, sympathische Art
  • Unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken, Organisationstalent und Lust auf Verantwortung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Besitz eines gültigen PKW-Führerscheins
  • Ideal: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Gesundheitsökonomie oder eine Ausbildung zum OTA

Responsibilities

  • Co-Travel mit erfahrenen Außendienstmitarbeitenden sowie Übernahme erster Vertriebsaktivitäten für die Produktbereiche NICE (Neurosurgical, Interventional Spine, Craniofacial, Ear-Nose-Throat)
  • Teilnahme an OPs in Kliniken und Vorbereitung sowie Betreuung von Demostellungen
  • Unterstützung bei Produkttrainings für medizinisches Fachpersonal in Kliniken und Krankenhäusern
  • Teilnahme an Verhandlungen mit Ärzten, Kliniken, Verwaltungen und Einkaufsabteilungen
  • Marktrecherchen und Analysen im Rahmen unserer Ziele und Business-Strategien
  • Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Ausschreibungen nach Absprache mit deinem Mentor*in, der Vertriebsleitung sowie dem Key Account Management
  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Marketingaktivitäten, wie z.B. Kongressen, Ausstellungen und Messen
