Responsibilities

  • Toont eigenaarschap over de lopende aanvragen en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid om deze zo snel en goed mogelijk compleet te krijgen
  • Draagt dagelijks bij aan de verwerking van de werkvoorraad
  • Is het aanspreekpunt voor incidenten/klachtenafhandeling met betrekking tot ontvangen aanvragen
  • Is het aanspreekpunt voor de afdeling Operations (documenten verificatie), Sales (dealer tevredenheid) en Underwriting (acceptatie)
  • Staat in nauw contact met dealers, klanten en collega’s van andere afdelingen om de klant maximaal te ontzorgen en de samenwerking met dealers naar een hoger niveau te tillen
