Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management/supervisor experience in the retail/service industry
  • Passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable sales results
  • Experienced and able to quickly adapt and react positively to business needs and changes

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Floor Manager/Store Manager with all aspects of the store functions; opening, closing, scheduling, staffing, store upkeep, updating and sending reports
  • Lead by example and assist in fostering a winning culture mentality
  • Direct and monitor all sales activities to ensure operating and sales goals are met
  • Lead and support selling on the floor, front-of-house operations and team touch-bases
  • Develop exceptional customer relationships and a best-in-class sales culture that raises the bar
  • Mentor and instruct team members on Flight Club’s WAVE training to ensure delivery of excellent customer service, product knowledge and brand history
  • Implement and create store benchmarks with a clearly defined succession plan
  • Support business growth and leadership by analyzing and communicating key financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies and identifying business trends/opportunities
