Prior work experience in a client centric, sales environment
Extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clienteling
Strong sense of fashion to emulate the brand aesthetic
Knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures
Availability for full-time role requiring 32-40 hours per week
Physical abilities: regularly sit, use hands to finger/handle/feel, talk/hear; occasionally stand, walk, reach, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl, taste/smell; lift/move up to 30 pounds; specific vision abilities including close vision

Responsibilities

Support best-in-class customer service through product knowledge, selling skills, and clienteling
Meet store and metric goals
Ensure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to customers
Embody the brand aesthetic
Provide assistance to Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
Assist with inventory and stock management
Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone
