Requirements

  • Ideally at least 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a histology laboratory
  • IT affinity and basic understanding of digitalization in the laboratory environment
  • Proven ability to quickly learn technical areas with limited prior experience
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Advantageous: Experience in customer service in medical and/or research environments

Responsibilities

  • Assess the current status of customer laboratory workflows using expertise and acquired knowledge, and develop potential future system solutions based on this
  • Plan, present, and demonstrate possible system solutions to customers in close collaboration with the internal team
  • Collaborate with key customer stakeholders, internal team members, and third-party providers if necessary to find the best possible solution for customers
  • Accompany system solutions through all phases of integration and implementation at the customer site
  • Provide ongoing support for customers and their system solutions
