Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in a B2C setting, with relevant experience in roles such as SDR, software sales, or recruitment. They should have experience in technology-driven sales processes (CRM, digital sales), a proven track record of working in a target-driven role, and strong communication skills. A genuine passion for Electric Vehicles, sustainability, and/or the automotive industry is also required, along with an inquisitive nature and the ability to gather information to align customer needs with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

The Electric Vehicles Sales Specialist will speak to customers interested in leasing an electric vehicle, qualifying the right one for them, and managing the end-to-end sales pipeline with customers from lead through to delivery, while consistently meeting sales targets. They will manage customer orders, provide excellent customer service both during the sales process and post-delivery, strategically build a sales pipeline, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. Additionally, they will record customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
