  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative stakeholders
  • Identify customer needs, pursue leads, and provide solutions to maximize the benefits of Medtronic's offerings
  • Deliver educational sessions on the company's products and services
  • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis
  • Implement and adapt market development plans and strategies
  • Provide customer feedback on products and applications to internal stakeholders, including Operations and Marketing
