Responsibilities

  • Erfüllung des jährlichen Umsatzziels für das zugewiesene Gebiet sowie Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie durch Generierung von Wachstum
  • Erstellung eines Geschäftsplans für das Gebiet, um maximale Umsätze und Marktdurchdringung zu erzielen
  • Entwicklung und Förderung einer starken Marke in der Region, um langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Unterstützung, Schulung und Direktvertrieb in dem Gebiet, um sicherzustellen, dass Geschäfts-, Werbeaktions- und Verkaufsstrategien definiert und ausgeführt werden
  • Koordination der Einführung mehrerer neuer Produkte im gesamten Gebiet direkt mit den Endnutzer:innen und über unabhängige Vertreter:innen und Vertriebspartner:innen
  • Verwaltung von Key Accounts im Gebiet sowie Entwicklung und Pflege der Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern
