Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory and associated orthopaedic product lines across West Sussex and East Hampshire
  • Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace to surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and new customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase results throughout the territory
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
  • Drive sales in the sales territory
  • Develop relationships with users of the hip and knee portfolio
  • Manage existing business and account manage established customers
  • Hunt down new business opportunities within the territory
  • Understand and articulate the benefits of complex and wide-ranging product portfolio
  • Acquire new customers
  • Plan, execute, and monitor territory measures to guarantee achieving budget
  • Customer selection and targeted sales approach
  • Plan and execute quarterly and annual business plans, managing existing revenue streams and customers while driving acquisition and growth
  • Manage all resources and materials in the territory
  • Provide customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff, and hospital administration to achieve qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
  • Ensure products are sold and revenue gains are established within in-house guidelines
  • Achieve sales and margin targets for the territory
  • Manage contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with Regional Manager and Product Manager to ensure compliance with company bands
  • Represent Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners, and managers in the territory
