5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
Approximately 20% travel required
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile
Physical: Medium work (exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects); coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement; ability to grasp by hand; meet cognitive demands including visual/auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability, and memory retention

Responsibilities

Strategically promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet customers’ needs
Conduct product evaluations and persuasively demonstrate product value
Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate findings to Regional Manager
Push to exceed sales goals
Onsite with clients, use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems
Inform doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of products
Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory
Assist customers whenever needed
