Responsibilities

  • Driving store cluster sales performance
  • Executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships at the store level
  • Promoting products through demonstrations and instructing both retail customers and end users in their use
  • Identifying in-store incremental merchandising growth opportunities (off-location)
  • Developing stakeholder relationships and collaborating across departments
  • Conducting distributor and end user training/demos at SBD Field Days, in-store, on end user sites, and at major trade events
  • Planning weekly and completing daily tasks in Salesforce, ensuring the calendar is up to date and accurate
  • Maintaining a range of clean and workable power tools, accessories, and materials for demonstrations and training
