Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration and/or engineering
Preferably 3-7 years of sales experience in a similar industry
Experience in customer relationship management
Effective communication skills in both written and oral
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluency in English
B type driver’s license and active driver
Mobility is essential
Military service should be completed for male candidates
Responsibilities
Management and development of the existing dealers
Finding new dealers for all brands and consumer as well as commercial dealers in his/her territory
Cancellation of dealership of inactive dealers
Training the sales force of the dealers
Responsible for regular visits to dealers in the region to ensure the effective management
Following up performance of all dealers in his/her territory
Monitoring and reporting market trends and competition activities covering local sales campaigns, marketing activities
Announcement of activities and campaigns which are prepared by marketing and trade marketing departments to dealer organizations and follow up the implementation
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of financial targets and market share targets
