  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
  • Approximately 20-30% travel required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile

Responsibilities

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet customers’ needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, demonstrating product value
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate findings with Regional Manager to exceed goals
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems onsite and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance
  • Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory, assisting customers as needed
