Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts with primarily indirect sales
Perform sales support functions to ensure high level of service, customer satisfaction, and efficiency in corporate processes
Serve as liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing, purchasing, other departments), vendor resources, and customers
Demonstrate proactive approach and sense of urgency on customers’ behalf, anticipate requirements, and communicate efforts timely and effectively
Process routine/smaller customer orders accurately and timely: review POs for accuracy, freight terms, transportation, pricing, technical specifications, part numbers, and unique requirements; resolve discrepancies before entry; enter orders into Arrow ERP system; collaborate with shared services on complex issues
Review backlog reports to fulfill orders effectively, balancing product cost, customer delivery expectations, and vendor availability
Meet customer service agreements in SOW; respond quickly and professionally to requests for order/RMA information, confirmations/invoices, credit status, expediting, or shipping
Document customer requests for product returns or maintenance cancellations in Oracle ERP system; obtain facts and decide to accept/reject based on guidelines
Manage open backlog of orders, service requests, and RMAs from entry through billing; review to confirm vendor shipment, entitlement, or billing
Research and resolve vendor invoice variances (price, quantity, goods/services receipts, freight, tax code discrepancies)
May manage customer quotes activities in line with customer-specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management
