  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and present clear, actionable insights to sales leaders

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Support sales leadership in building pipeline as quickly and effectively as possible through prospecting strategy and market intelligence
  • Conduct strategic research using various tools to identify target accounts and decision-makers
  • Analyze and connect data to uncover relationships and opportunities between employers, brokers, and bswift
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop and execute outreach campaigns, sequences, and lead follow-up
  • Develop company dossiers and research profiles for industry conferences and prospect meetings
  • Evaluate benefit guides and technology solutions to identify potential gaps and opportunities
  • Support sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics tracking in Salesforce
  • Create efficiencies in the sales cycle by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed information within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to ensure consistent data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and documentation of key sales processes
  • Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives across the sales organization as needed
