  • Alignment with financial reporting standards for order processing and revenue recognition
  • Capability to plan and execute company-wide events

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects to improve commercial operations efficiency, including Sales and Marketing
  • Drive execution and continuous improvement of Funnel Management for better sales visibility and effectiveness
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, design solutions, define KPIs, and establish reporting for initiatives
  • Act as subject matter expert for operational processes, providing training, communication, support, and documentation
  • Promote DBS culture across the organization in collaboration with leaders
  • Manage the Customer Administration team, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and revenue recognition
  • Monitor and improve KPIs for order and revenue operations
  • Plan, manage, and execute the full cycle of product pricing revisions, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and L&D
  • Operate and maintain the CPQ system for efficient pricing and quoting
  • Design, implement, and manage Sales Incentive programs aligned with business goals, collaborating with Finance and HR
  • Track performance against incentive targets
