Requirements

  • Last year student or fresh graduate in Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
  • SQL, query building, exec scripts is preferable
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) for sorting, filtering, deduplication, and basic data analysis
  • Data Manipulation – Tableau an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including navigating records, updating fields, and understanding user roles
  • Understanding of data hygiene principles: identifying duplicates, correcting errors, and maintaining data formats
  • Basic SQL or Data Querying - Ability to run simple queries to extract, match, and update data across systems (helpful for mapping and reconciliation tasks)
  • Methodical approach to correcting large volumes of data
  • Communication & Collaboration Tools - Comfortable using tools like Teams, Outlook to coordinate with Sales, Finance, and IT Teams

Responsibilities

  • Manipulate and review large quantities of complex data
  • Perform data governance and data migration
  • Use dashboards to identify and clean duplicate or outdated account data
  • Follow the daily allocation process and manage related communications
  • Remove or update inactive users and roles in Salesforce
  • Maintain account team structure and role hierarchy
  • Support technical preparation for monthly account allocations
  • Learn Salesforce data structures and internal processes
  • Manage communication and approvals across teams
  • Ensure accuracy while working with live data
  • Support the Salesforce data cleansing initiative by maintaining data quality, following established procedures, and assisting with business-as-usual (BAU) tasks to ensure accurate reporting and account access
