Position Overview

As the world of work evolves, human capital management must adapt. Experian is responding to the demand for scalable, client-focused alternatives by bringing together industry experts to offer specialized solutions that deliver unmatched service, trusted experience, and client-inspired innovation. We combine the focus and flexibility of boutique providers with the resources and security of Experian.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join Experian and help shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. You will report to the Sales Operation Data Management team and will be a critical member of our Sales Enablement/Operations team. As a team lead for data quality analysts, you will be instrumental in coordinating and mentoring team members, helping them grow their skills, navigate challenges, and deliver high-quality outcomes. While you will not be responsible for HR functions like performance reviews or disciplinary actions, your leadership will be key in shaping team culture and driving excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Act as a team lead, mentoring, assigning, and supervising the work of other data quality analysts.
    • Foster a culture of data accuracy and consistency within the team.
    • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Data Quality & Compliance:
    • Lead data quality audits for CRM to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and data quality standards.
    • Oversee data cleansing activities, including data standardization, deduplication, and data validation.
  • Project Coordination & Communication:
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful project execution.
    • Provide updates on project progress, identifying and escalating critical issues.
    • Translate the team's needs and feedback to the managing CRM leader.
    • Ensure alignment between the team's work and broader organizational goals.
    • Identify and report potential roadblocks, challenges, or problems that may affect team performance or project success, escalating issues as needed.
    • Gather feedback from the team and relay it to the managing CRM leader, ensuring team needs are heard and addressed.
    • Resolve issues that arise during projects or within the team.
    • Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments, promoting a collaborative work environment.
    • Communicate the team's needs for support or additional training to the managing CRM leader.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Offer insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
    • Help develop and refine data quality frameworks and methodologies.
