Responsibilities

  • Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Coaching der zugeordneten klinischen Spezialisten und Gebietsleiter
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in der Region
  • Erstellung kundenspezifischer Konzepte und Strategien unter Berücksichtigung der sich wandelnden Marktgegebenheiten
  • Verantwortung für die Koordination und Führung aller Aktivitäten des Außendienstes sowie die Erreichung der geplanten Ziele
  • Festlegung von individuellen Zielen in den einzelnen Verkaufsgebieten
  • Entwicklung, Verbesserung und Vertiefung der Kundenbeziehung mit Schlüsselkunden und Meinungsbildnern
  • Konsequente Planung und Nachverfolgung der vorgegebenen Budgets
  • Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit den AV-Ressourcen
